I think Hillside is a beautiful place to visit.it is so lovely to see the animals happy and safe at last.and Wendy Valentine is my hero, she works tirelessly on saving them and looking after them, along with the staff there.

Seeing all the beautiful animals.
The worst thing is knowing that humans treat animal so cruelly.

Hillside Animal Sanctuary is a wonderful wonderful place. It is a tremendous credit to the moral and physical courage and the tireless efforts of Wendy Valentine and her kind and dedicated staff that so many abused, defenceless animals have been plucked to safety and now lead safe and happy lives. And we must never forget the tremendous investigative work they do to expose the dark and brutal practices of the battery system and the incompetence of those charged with regulating it. It should not be until the work of Hillside is finally completed and that these unspeakable practices have been eradicated that we should presume to call ourselves a civilised society. Until then every town and every city in the country should have a Hillside Animal Sanctuary.

the safety and contentment of the animals
none - only that Hillside does not have the resources to rescue and care for even more animals
