The car Park is full of broken glass, so that is a good start. Fantasy World is situated on the first floor, so with no lift access just getting up two flights of stairs with your kids and a pushchair is back breaking. There is no security (tagged vests) to protect the children. The ball pit has so few ball in it the steel floor can be clearly seen (good for concussions). There were approx 30 arcade machines, none of which worked. The under 5's play area cosists of a LittleTykes slide, a broken train ride and 2 broken arcade machine. The toilets were not cleaned once in 4 hours, cubicle one was flooded and cubicle 2 was blocked. The baby changing 'facilites' consist of a padded shelf on the wall. There are no disposable paper covers to lay on it and no bin for nappies. The entire place is dirty, dangerous and is full of broken/unplugged rides/machines. The benches for parents have back supports missing and whilst there I took photo's to prove it.

I hadn't been for a good 10-15 years and nothing has changed, I don't think the place has been cleaned since I last went. I very much doubt the playing equipment has been cleaned/sanitised or safety checked for a very long time. Will NOT be allowing my child back there it is a filthy and disgusting place.
